msi5 reserves the right to conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any stage of registration. Government-issued ID, proof of date of birth and proof of address may be requested for verification. If satisfactory verification fails, the account may be suspended or closed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the msi5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We provide secure and fast payment methods.
Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 for each method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
msi5 reserves the right to verify identity and confirm that betting conditions are met before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
msi5 will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by technical issues or third-party payment gateway delays. In such situations, our support team is available around the clock to assist.
Bonus and Promotional Policy
Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements
msi5 offers a welcome bonus for new players. The following conditions apply to receiving and enjoying this bonus:
- Bonus Amount: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.

- Claiming the bonus more than once from the same player, household, address or device is prohibited.
msi5 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
VIP Program and Cashback
The msi5 VIP program provides special benefits for active players. The program is divided into four tiers with the opportunity to progress:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's regular activity and contribution to the platform. msi5 reserves the sole right to grant or withdraw VIP membership. Cashback funds credited to the account may be subject to their own wagering requirements.
Code of Conduct and Prohibitions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msi5 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Placing bets using fraudulent methods, software bots or automation tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
- Exploiting system bugs or errors for unfair advantage (if you find a bug, please inform us immediately).
- Colluding or engaging in coordinated activity against other players.
- Using abusive language or behaviour towards platform staff or other users.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
msi5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
- If required for legal or regulatory reasons.
A player may also request to close their own account voluntarily. In this case, the account will be closed after all pending valid withdrawals have been processed.
